COVID-19: Update to Our Customers

Effective Monday, June 15th our lobbies will be re-open to the public. A few things have changed, but our commitment to providing the best possible customer service has not. It should be noted the environment of our lobbies will be slightly different. Our Pandemic Response Team has implemented new policies and precautionary measures for the safety of our customers and employees as we transition back to regular business operations. While we love seeing the faces of our customers at our branches, we also offer a robust suite of eServices to make life and banking easier. Contactless banking at its best! Online and Mobile Banking

We encourage you to manage your accounts using online and mobile banking . These 24/7/365 services allow you to safely view transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks, and more – right from the comfort of your home.

Drive Thru and Night Deposit Box Services

Our drive thru services remain open and available during regular hours and offer most banking services. If you don’t have a vehicle, you are welcome to visit our drive thru locations on bicycle or as a pedestrian. For your safety we recommend using the lane closest to the building and ask you to be alert to other traffic. Customers may also continue to use the night drop available at all of our locations.

ATMs

Our ATMs, located outside of branch lobbies, are accessible 24/7/365.

Loan Payment Relief

First Federal Savings Bank is offering a forbearance plan for our borrowers experiencing hardship due to the COVID – 19 Pandemic. 
If you are impacted, please know that:
  • No late fees will be assessed during your forbearance
  • Your loan will not be reported as past due to the credit bureaus during the forbearance agreement term
  • It is our goal to offer immediate relief to our borrowers
Upon submitting the form, you will either:
  • Receive a forbearance agreement that must be signed and returned, or
  • We will contact you for additional information
